Top Five Summer League Posterizations (so far)

Yes, the 2012 summer league has not only been exciting, but rim dismantling. Players are auditioning to make teams and get playing time so it makes them more inspired to completely rip the soul out of their opponents in attempt to make a team over them. As a fan, we love it and want to see this during the regular season.
Here’s my top five of the most devastating dunk-ons so far this summer league that will leave you excited that we have some serious ballers entering the league.
5. Magic’s Dequan Jones feeds Kyle Singler of Pistons
Singler spent a little too much time in Europe if he was thinking he was going to stuff Dequan.
4. Former Cav, Eyenga double facial on Hubbard, Armstrong
Christian Eyenga put on a show in that game against the Clippers giving L.A something to cheer about after seeing their summer league team get destroyed in their first few games.
3. OKC’s Reggie Jackson makes Kevin Lyde hide
Reggie Jackson may be a small dude but clearly Kevin Lyde won’t doubt his leap again.
2. Damian Lillard gives Keith Benson the good stuff
Benson was probably still shaking the next morning. Lillard has showed a killer skill set this summer and I suggest you catch a Blazers summer league game if you want a little sneak peak of what’s to come next year.
1. Miles Plumlee crushes two shot-blockers in Williams, Fab Melo
Miles earns this top spot for not only dunking on a known shot-blocker, but two of them. Miles showed a ton of bounce in the Orlando summer league so expect NBA posters with Plumlee annihilating whoever’s under the rim come November.
